An auberge located in the heart of Le Lavandou, France. Chef-owner Thomas Caro welcomes you in a cozy dining room or on you can request sitting on the terrace during the spring and summer season. The fresh ingredients arrive each day and are prepared by Thomas and his cooking staff. You can try some of our local specialties like Provencal fish souffle with bouillabaisse sauce, Goat cheese, and herb cheesecake with red pepper sauce, Grilled red mullet with roasted vegetables, Daube de Boeuf (beef cooked in red wine, onions, carrots, celery all with a touch of orange zest or Slow-cooked 48 hours Black Angus beef with its red wine, green olive a savory sauce, Basil and lime creme brulee and our famous chocolate molten cake with vanilla ice cream...

We propose two 3 course menus at 27€ and 36€ menu or à la carte.
